Start your meal with Saveur’s signature pasta as your starter. Not only is the presentation of the pasta instagram-able, the taste and quality of ingredients will definitely make your penny worth. We loved the whole combination of hairline thin, Angel Hair Pasta paired with Sakura Ebi.

Beyond these unique additions, we find the dish in perfect balance with flavours that are gentle enough to just wake your taste buds before the mains. Saveur’s Pasta will definitely be a good appetizer to start off your journey to discover the wholesome selection of other mains.

Salmon Confit ($9.90)

Saveur’s salmon confit allows you to taste the balanced between partially cooked and raw salmon. The salmon texture was soft and tenderising, which you can expect it to melt in your mouth. Paired together with light condiments such as chives and seaweed, this dish allows you to taste a mixed taste of saltiness and sweetness masked with the tint flavours of raw salmon. If you are a salmon lover, this dish will definitely be the best appetizer to start off your meal.

Duck Confit ($14.90)

The duck confit at Savuer is served with mash potato, saute shitake mushrooms and orange pulps. We loved the duck meat, which was surprising soft on the inside and crispy on its skin. The serving of the meat was generous enough for two people.
