Boat Noodles (Pathumthani, Ayutthaya & Creamy Tom Yum) – $1.50 each

The Thai Boat Noodles come in 3 different flavours - Pathumthani, Ayutthaya, Creamy Tom Yum. Diners can choose from 2 types of noodles - Rice Noodles or Springy Noodles, with main ingredient - Chicken or Beef.

Served in small portion, the Boat Noodles are meant to be slurped down in a single mouth. Hence, this is the reason why the brand wants to create a unique dining experience of Eat, Stack and Repeat! Diners are often seen ordering numerous bowls of boat noodles and creating their own stack of bowls towering high up on the table.

The Original Boat Noodles -Pathumthani

Pathumthani

Broth made of dark soy sauce, with a mix of spicy and sourish flavour. It is made from 19 different types of herbs and five spice powder, star anise and cinnamon. The broth goes well with rice noodles andis pretty light on the tongue, making it easy to slurp at one go.

The Original Boat Noodles - Ayutthaya

Ayutthaya

Not many know how to fully appreciate the intense creamy flavour that comes from the dark-coloured broth. Made with more than 10 herbs giving rise to a prominent taste of complexity. Due to the thickness of the broth, the milky taste is more consistent and has a heavier body to allow diners to savour its flavours slowly.

The Original Boat Noodles - Creamy Tom Yum

Creamy Tom Yum

The balance of sweet and spiciness from this broth is good with a strong milky aftertaste. Fans of Tom Yum would definitely go for a bigger bowl if ever possibly introduced in the menu in the near future. One bowl is just too little to fully appreciate the depth of the Tom Yum broth.

Side Dishes

The Original Boat Noodles - Som Tum

Crispy Som Tum ($4.80)

This side is not only worth to order and you may find yourself going for 2nd round. Made with shredded papaya, it is then deeply fried in egg flour to produce a golden brown crispy texture. Som Tum is so addictive which kept us munching non-stop. It also comes with a dipping sauce, which consists of a mixture of peanuts and tomato, giving it an extra spicy, sweet and sour flavour to the dish.

Stir-Fried Kang Kong ($4.80)

The generous portion of Kang Kong go very well with the noodles. It resets the taste of the intense flavour from each broth and is refreshingly crunchy at every bite.

The Original Boat Noodles - Cha Yen / Thai Milk Tea

Cha Yen / Thai Milk Tea ($3.90)

The Thai Milk Tea is not pre-made but prepared individually from authentic brew using tea leaves. No powder ingredients is added into this beverage. This drink is heavily milky and sweet to appeal to fans of all ages.
